Basket weaving

Though not technically "weaving," the coil method is a fast and easy one for creating round baskets of any shape, great for all skill levels. In this class, Maya Barton will teach you how to make a basket using a variety of materials and decoration techniques, and you will leave class with a beautiful basket or bowl.

All materials are included but feel free to bring your own favorite yarn, rope, or beads, if you'd like. We want to make sure you are able to experiment with new art forms without having to buy every gadget and supply.
