You are encouraged to attend all 4 classes, collectively a month long course, but if you are unable to attend all, you may pick and choose! If you plan to come to 2 or more classes throughout the month, it is a lower price to sign up to be a member, as this class is included in our membership. Becoming a member gets you into some of our other classes, as well as access to our studio, and more!
